Okay, I have gotten an amazing response, and need to start on the next part of the process...matching (so if you are interested and haven't signed up, please let me know immediately so you don't miss out on the fun)... I have emailed all the parties that have indicated they were interested...if you haven't received the email, let me know by Sunday afternoon.
Since so far we have 17 people signed up, here's what the general census is for the swap guidelines:
1. I will match you with 3 different people (this way you will not only send out 3 but will be receiving 3)...
2. The minimum number of bibs to send will be 1 (but if you wish to send more that is totally within your discretion).
3. I would ask that you please mail them out by the last day of the month.
4. Be sure to thank the sender either on their blog, yours, or by email (I will include their email addresses when you are matched).
5. Lastly, have fun!!
Although some of you wanted to know the dollar amount guideline, I will leave that totally up to you guys, use your own discretion!!
If this is successful, I suggest we do future ones, making them themed, etc.
This is gonna be great, because we have lots of great participants!!

OK I was not going to join because i think I already have WAY! to many bibs but I can't resist any longer I want to play...LOL

Can I be matched with those who don't mind buying the XXL DD bibs?
Is it too late to sign up?? As a UT family we do NOT want that bib though LOL
