Catch up on the weekend activities....

Okay, so my blogging has become a little, alright a lot, sporadic...I can't help it...I just don't have much to talk about...

my camera went on the fritz (luckily it is under warranty and I am told will be shipped out to me by Wednesday)....I miss my camera...

This weekend was filled with fun (although my only source of pictures is my phone, thanks Katy for reminding me it has camera capabilities....)...

On Saturday, Mom and I met Angie, her Mom Brenda, Ginnie, Jay, Malory, Chase, and Ali for lunch at Sweet Tomatoes....we had a great time (as we always do), and got some great ideas for some adoption fund raising activities (our first fund raiser is our community garage sale taking place 4/18-4/19)....we are gonna have so much fun, while raising money for our daughters!! Thanks gals for including me!!

Then Mom and I continued our day with shopping for Easter, from "Bunny fixings" shopping to buying the ham and fixings for dinner....we did really great, and found some great bargains.

Then Ray and I met my boss, his wife, and one of my bestest friends Mike to celebrate his "homecoming" anniversary from Vietnam (it's been 36 yrs on Saturday)...what amazing stories he shared with us...I am so very blessed to have him as a friend...I love him dearly!!

Of course no pictures of Saturday's activities because I didn't have my brain on then (I did have my phone with me all day, but the light bulb didn't come on that it is also a camera)....

Sunday comes around, and the excitement continued....lunch at my mom's with the whole family (minus my brother in law who is "living our dream" by being in China, although he is only on a business trip...yup I'm jealous he's in China before we are...hope you get all you want and more out of your trip David!! We are definitely praying for you!!) We ate and ate, and sought hidden Easter eggs with my nephew Adam, made and ate cotton candy (in Adam's cotton candy maker the Easter bunny brought him), blew bubbles, climbed trees, played Cootie and Yahtzee....and just enjoyed one another....

This I do have evidence of...

We really had a great weekend...and glad I finally had something to blog about...have a good week!!
