Tonite is a scheduled space shuttle launching!!
One of the cool advantages of living in Orlando Fla (besides of course the wonderful weather, okay most of the time the really hot and sticky don't wanna do nuttin weather) is being close enough to Cape Canaveral home of the NASA Space Center.
Well tonite is a scheduled launching of Discovery. We love the night launches, so beautiful, and amazing.
Keep the astronauts in your thoughts today as they prepare for the launch, and once the time comes, I will attempt to impress you with my impressive photography skills.
Until then, enjoy the "borrowed" pictures from Google.

That's so cool! I hope the launch goes off without a hitch, and I can't wait to see your photos!
I actually got to go to Space Camp this past spring and had an absolute blast(pun intended). One day I want to see a launch.
I hope all goes well! My friends flew down there this week to watch!
I can't even imagine how cool it would be to see a launch! That's awesome!
