Thank you again to my secret pal....what an amazing piece of art to hang in Chynna's room, and the frog on it is amazing....I love looking at it on Chynna's wall (you are amazing, as always)...isn't it great?


Also, some good friends of ours are in town, Amy, Michael, and their daughter LynnMarie....we had such an amazing time meeting Lynn Marie and seeing them again (so glad they get down here to Orlando), and we got to see Don, Be, and JMei...we had a great time!!




Now onto my funny story....tonite when I got home from my Mom's, I walked in the door, closed the door behind me and felt something in my hair....I about had a heart attack....a frog had jumped into my hair (now mind you I didn't feel the frog jump into my hair) and jumped off my head onto the floor (somewhere)...I can't find him now, he must be hiding from me (cuz I did freak, hey I didn't know it was a frog, I didn't know what it was) or hiding amongst all the frogs I have in my house....I hope tonite when I am sleeping he doesn't decide to join me in my bed....

34 months down...

today we have been logged in for 34 months....and got an email from our agency that China has put an indefinite hold on matching because of the swine flu....one step forward and then we have to hold that dance step for awhile...lots of road blocks to our Chynna, but we will prevail and eventually bring her home...

We are also renewing our papers with USCIS for the third time (hence the suitcase of money above, thought it was fitting)....wonder how many more times we are going to have to do this??? once, twice, dare I say three more times???

33 months down.....

Well it's been 33 months today since our papers were logged in at the CCAA, 33 months since we started our journey to our daughter Chynna, how many more months you ask? well til she is ready for us I suppose....

We have started the renewal of our paperwork, for the third time, hopefully this will be the last time we have to do this paperwork, I forgot how awful it is to get all the papers together (and they don't even have to be notarized, certified, etc.)....

But in the end, we will be holding our baby girl...so hold on Chynna, we're coming for you!!
